Let a Cowork session run your posting while you work

Cowork is a working session, not just a chat. Connect Groniz as a custom connector and it can schedule and publish across a whole session without you leaving the work.

How to give Claude Cowork your accounts

  1. 1

    Add Groniz as a connector

Cowork supports the same custom connectors as Claude. Add the Groniz server URL with your key, from the connector settings.

    https://mcp.groniz.com/mcp/YOUR_API_KEY
  2. 2

    Work with it

Ask Cowork to plan and schedule a run of posts; it uses the connector to publish.

    > Plan a week of X and LinkedIn posts from these notes and schedule them.
Before you rely on it
  • Cowork runs shell in an isolated VM with restricted network egress, so the groniz CLI is not a reliable path here — use the connector.
  • Same connector gating as Claude: Free is limited to one, Team/Enterprise need Owner approval.
  • The connector dials from Anthropic’s cloud, so mcp.groniz.com must be publicly reachable (it is).
Once it’s connected

What Claude Cowork can do for you

The Groniz surface is the same everywhere; what changes is how Claude Cowork reaches for it.

Try Plan and queue a whole week of posts in one working session.

Cowork is a working session rather than a single chat, so it suits sitting down once and scheduling a batch — the connector carries each one out.

Every command below runs against your real Groniz account — the same posting, scheduling and analytics the Console gives you.

Claude Cowork questions

Claude Cowork + Groniz, answered

How is this different from the Claude page?+
Same connector mechanism, different surface. Cowork is a longer working session rather than a single chat, so it suits planning and scheduling a batch of posts in one sitting.
Can I use the CLI in Cowork?+
Not reliably. Cowork’s sandbox restricts outbound network access by policy, so installing and running the groniz CLI is not something we can promise works. The custom connector is the supported path.
